The tribunals are obliged to publish the following documents:

Reports to Parliament
Information is available under the Publications page.
Consultation
If comments are sought from members of the public in relation to specific policy or procedural documents, we will provide details about the document, including how and to whom comments may be made under the News page. The tribunals also consult with representatives of non-government organisations and Government agencies which have an interest or involvement in issues related to the tribunals. Further information about these arrangements is available under the Community Liaison page.
Information routinely released in response to FOI requests
The tribunals routinely give applicants access to case information which is mostly personal information. This access is provided under the FOI Act or under the Migration Act 1958.
FOI Disclosure Log
From 1 May 2011 the tribunals are required to make available information (subject to certain exceptions) released in response to FOI requests within 10 working days after the day on which a person is given access to the document. For further information please refer to the tribunals’ FOI Disclosure Log.
